Welcome to the ISM family!

Don’t worry if you are a little nervous over the summer in anticipation of starting at ISM…PERFECTLY normal. Great thing is…we are going to have a FANTASTIC time together BEFORE schools even starts!

Your parents will eventually receive more information regarding the New Student Orientation from our Admissions Department via email over the summer.

NSO is a day for your parents to learn a little more about ISM and for you to relax, have a lot of fun and make some friends. You are important to us and we want to get to know you before the school year begins.

There will be icebreakers, a few essential presentations, some informative Q & A, lots of delicious pizza (courtesy of the PCA) and take a tour of the campus. By the end of the day you’ll have made a ton of friends and know the school like the back of your hand.

Finally, after lunch there will be auditions held for all our performing arts classes for those of you who would like to get into one the advanced courses. If you need an audition, you’ll need to stick around a little longer to do that. PLUS…we will get you all set up with your IT needs. So…if you already have your laptop, please bring it with you to New Student Orientation.

Don’t think NSO is the only thing we have for you. There will also be time to re-connect with all the friends you meet at NSO a little later on in the month (after you’ve settled into your classes) when we have our New Student Pizza Party…just a few weeks later.
