Bring Your Own Device
As part of the B.Y.O.D. (Bring Your Own Device) of ISM, all HS students will bring a laptop to school each day. ISM has fully integrated Google for email, storing and sharing documents, and calendaring. You can supplement your laptop with a tablet device, but a laptop is a primary tool required.
Here’s a guide for information, requirements, and frequently asked questions: connect.ismanila.org.
If you need to borrow a laptop, you can get one from the High School Library check-out desk. This is only temporary (while your computer is being repaired), and you must return it at the end of each day.
Google Apps are essential for students at ISM. We use Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Sites daily for communication and organization. If you're not familiar with these tools, don't worry—our IT Coordinator, Mr. Hernan Alar, can help you. Email him at AlarH@ismanila.org to set up a meeting.
