NEW STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE

In order to best understand and get to know you and help you both inside and outside the classroom, we always ask new students to fill out our Bearcat Student Questionnaire. The information is really helpful for us, and keep in mind everything you put down will ONLY be shared and seen by your school counselor and your future teachers.

Usually the Admissions Department here at ISM will email this questionnaire to you at some point. However, just in case you haven’t received the questionnaire yet…no need to worry. Here it is below.

You can fill it out at your leisure and then either email it directly to our high school counseling department at hsguidance@ismanila.org before you start school or at the very least, bring it with you when to arrive at ISM.
